Redi (the "App") is provided by Xmartlabs ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us. By using Redi you agree to the practices described in this policy.
When you create or log in to a Redi account, we collect the following information:

Your account information is stored and processed using services hosted on Amazon Bedrock. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
While we take steps to secure your data, no system can be 100% secure. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will comply with applicable law regarding notification.

After verifying your request, we will permanently remove your account and associated personal information from our systems.
If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (for example the GDPR), you may also request access to your data or correction of inaccurate information. We will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law.
Redi is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
Redi uses an AI agent hosted on Amazon Bedrock for backend processing. We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or other third-party data collection services.
Where third-party services are used, they may have their own privacy policies — those policies govern their processing of any data they receive.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we process personal data, we will notify you through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
